As I said in the last post that basketball is my favorite sports. Playing basketball can you more taller than you already are. Basketball can increase your stamina too.

Volley ball
Volley ball can train your agility and volley also can make you taller if you play it constantly same as swimming but volley doesn't involve water and ability to swim.
Push-Up
Push up is a kind of exercises that you can do at home, is cheap and easy to do. Push up can make your body look good because doing push up train your upper body from stomach to your biceps and triceps.

Basketball
Basketball is my favorite sports besides soccer and badminton. I start liking basketball after I watch NBA match. What i know about basketball is required great stamina and agility, because you can keep the ball in your hand all the time you must know how to dribble and passing is not that difficult but shooting is all about accuracy not just throw the ball and hoping the ball will just enter the basket.

Running
Running is the most cheap kind of exercise. You can do it everywhere at anytime, because running dont needed much equipment and money.Running ia easy and cheap. Running is good for heart. Thats it for now an see next week.

Volleyball
The first time i know about volleyball is from my father. He said that he used to play volley after school and he also win volley championship at city-level. After that i study about volleyball in middle-school and now in high-school. What i know about volleyball is i never good at sport(except e-sport A.K.A gaming). I know about the theory but suck at pratice. Now i know decent about volley although not that good, still better than nothing right?
I know how to serve the ball, or how to pass the ball, but i don't know how to smash or spike. My serving and passing skill is 50-50, 1 time i can the next i dont.
